When we do need any help I have found the Phone support line fantastic as all the staff are very experienced and have been able to give a answer or solution, I have never had to wait on hold to talk to someone & have even been able to contact them outside of normal business hours (how good is that). When I have asked for a solution to a problem eg SPAM they have always been able to give a answer that is suited to our business and works well.
